1. What is your return policy?
You can return your case for a refund within 15 days of you receiving it.
- All returns and exchanges must be sent back unused and in its original packaging.
- We do offer replacements within 30 days if the case is damaged or defective.
- All "sale" cases are final sale, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

4. How long does it take to get my case?
We process orders within 6 to 10 business days for shipment.
Shipping times vary depending on location -
U.S. - 2 to 5 business days
5. I entered the wrong address for delivery, can I change it?
If your order has not been shipped, we are able to update your shipping address. Please email us ASAP at hello@thesparklecase.com with your order number and the address you wish to change delivery to.
If your package has shipped, we, unfortunately, cannot make any changes to your order once it has gone out. Please contact the mail courier as they may be able to change your delivery address ASAP!
